RIDGELAND, Miss.–(Zeest Media)–BancPlus Corporation, the holding company for BankPlus, today announced that on July 18, 2023, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.45 per share of its common stock. The cash dividend is equivalent to an annualized dividend of $1.80 per share. The cash dividend will be paid on September 15, 2023, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 15, 2023.
